Welcome to PIÉCE. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "PIÉCE" refers to our mobile application and related services.
• "User" means any person who accesses or uses PIÉCE.
• "Buyer" means a user who purchases auto parts through the platform.
• "Seller" means a user who lists and sells auto parts through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use PIÉCE. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide accurate delivery information.
• Buyers are responsible for completing payment using the selected method (Bankily, cash on delivery, or bank transfer).
• Buyers must upload valid payment proof when required.
• Orders may be cancelled according to the cancellation policies displayed at checkout.

5. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate listings including part condition, price, and availability.
• Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and maintain accurate inventory.
• Sellers are responsible for the quality and authenticity of listed parts.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of auto parts.
• Platform fees and commissions are displayed in the seller dashboard and are subject to change with notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal auto parts.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment evasion.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or security measures.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

7. Payments

PIÉCE does not process payments directly. All payments are handled externally via Bankily, cash on delivery, or bank transfer. The platform facilitates transactions by displaying payment instructions and verifying proof of payment. Platform fees are deducted from seller payouts as displayed in the seller dashboard.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Buyers may cancel orders before seller confirmation or before the order is marked as out for delivery.
• Sellers may cancel orders if items are out of stock, subject to providing a reason.
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis by platform administrators.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to PIÉCE are owned by us or our licensors. Users retain ownership of content they upload (e.g., part photos) but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

PIÉCE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality issues, or losses resulting from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of platform fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nouakchott.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
